Courses We Offer
Sales Associate Pre-License - $182.75 This is the essential, State Required, course for candidates seeking a Florida Real Estate Associate (Salesperson) license. No prior experience is required. This 63 hour course covers the basic principles, practice of the Real Estate Business and Florida Real Estate Law. At the end of this course a class test will be given. Upon completion students will receive a certificate verifying that they have completed the real estate specific educational requirement for the state Real Estate exam.
Exam Prep - This course is designed as a an intense 6 hour refresher for students who need a review before taking the Florida Sales Associate State Licensing Exam.
Sales Associate Post-License - This is the required course for all licensees who are seeking to renew their first license. This course is 45 hours in length and meets the continuing education requirement for initial license renewal.
On Your Mark, Get Set, Earn! - This course prepares students for the real world of Residential Real Estate Sales. It includes hours devoted to making money representing buyers and sellers. Topics covered include prospecting, personal marketing, listing presentations, selling strategies, and eliminating sales resistance. This course is ideal for students who have completed the Sales Associate Pre-License Course and are waiting to take the state exam or new agents who have realized that their company’s training program was inadequate.
