Jeff escaped the cold winters of the New York - New Jersey area in the late fall of 1989. Arriving in Orlando, he continued his career in the hospitality industry, creating and operating several  businesses. He became interested in real estate brokerage while pursuing an MBA in Marketing. Jeff focused on the changing real estate and mortgage markets throughout his MBA program and elected to enter the field after graduating. After turning the day to day operations of his hospitality businesses over to his management team he turned his attention to residential real estate.

After Jeff earned licenses as a Real Estate Broker and Instructor, he opened a brokerage and real estate school. At the same time he earned a mortgage broker license and in addition to teaching at a local mortgage brokerage school, he serves as a branch manager for the Sloan Mortgage Group. This combination of services allows Jeff to be a "one stop shop" for clients who are looking to buy or sell their homes. In the fall of 2005 Jeff was asked to reactivate the Real Estate Program at Orange County Public Schools Workforce Education Centers where he serves as Program Coordinator.

Jeff's experience in the hospitality industry taught him about the value of superior customer service. He combines excellent customer service skills with the latest in marketing techniques and technology to deliver real estate services that his clients "rave" about. In the classroom, Jeff presents the information in a manner that students find easy to understand. He relates the technical aspects of the field to real world situations. Jeff is dedicated to the ideal that every student who starts the class should be successful in earning their license.

In this field they can earn an enormous amount of money while affect the lives of hundreds if not thousands of people.
