Registration & Costs
To register for any of our classes students must visit the admissions office at the location where the course is being held.
The cost for the class is made up of 3 separate charges: an application fee, the tuition, and the textbook.
The application fee is $25.00
The tuition is based on a fee schedule approved by the Orange County School Board making our real estate programs some of the most economical available.
The required textbook is offered for sale in the schools bookstore. The cost of the text is included in the price quoted for the class.
Students are expected to provide their own pens, notebook, and highlighter for everyday of class.
Students will also need a pocket calculator for class work, the class exam, and the state exam. Specifics about the calculator will be discussed in class before it is needed.
