I was recommended to Orlando Tech for the Real Estate Agent's course because the instructors were seasoned professionals. My experience was that and much more. Both Jeff and Karen are seasoned professionals who are knowledgeable, lovely people and very good teachers - not everyone can say that. There was a lot of detailed information to be covered in a small amount of time and we were able to accomplish this task with their guidance. I highly recommend the school, the course and the instructors to anyone who, like me, had been in the field but were away for a long time and to those coming in to the field for the first time.

Jeff Weinland and Karen Llorens go the extra mile! Jeff and Karen are experts with a unique sense of humor. They took the fear out of asking questions and answered all questions quickly with clear, supportive answers. I passed the state exam my first try!

When I became interested in the real estate field, I researched schools that were offering the 63 hour Sales Associate Pre-License Course. When I found out that the course was being taught at Orange County Public School's Orlando Tech it was a slam dunk! I attended Orlando Tech many times before and was please with the school. The sale associate pre-license course was awesome. There wasn't a dull moment and I was hanging on every word. Jeff and Karen's knowledge of real estate concepts coupled with their real life examples convinced me that this was the career for me. I could not help thinking that they would make really great mentors. I have convinced two friends that are interested in real estate as a career to attend Orlando Tech's pre-license course. I would recommend Jeff and Karen to anyone.

I'm a spouse and parent of three who hasn't seen the inside of a classroom in years. I attended the pre-license course that Jeff Weinland instructed. Not only did he thoroughly explain the key issues, he managed somehow to punctuate most of the material with real life stories that helped me to retain the information. My confidence level rose significantly. It's really hard to walk away from Jeff's class "unprepared".

Taking the Real Estate Class with Jeff and Karen was a wonderful experience. They were there hand in hand, side by side, to teach you and make sure that you understood the Real Estate Business. If it wasn't for them I probably would've have gotten as far as I am now. With only one month in the real estate business I'm working my 4th contract grossing 24K total. The time I spent in Jeff Weinland's real estate class was worth much more than the cost of admission and much more valuable than time spent on other pursuits. Beyond providing an expert presentation of the required material, Jeff went out of his way to help everyone in the class "get it" by providing personal stories to help reinforce the material. Jeff's wit and personal experience made the class time fly by, and provided a great basis for understanding the real estate business.

When I enrolled in the Real Estate Sales Associate Course at Mid-Florida Tech last August, I must admit, I was a little apprehensive. I had taken the course several years prior, for educational purposes, and found it very difficult to focus on the material. The manner in which it was presented could be tedious. Shortly after my recent class began, I knew I would have a completely different experience. The instructor, Jeff Weinland, was energetic, fun and attentive to student questions and concerns. He taught in a manner that made otherwise difficult material easy to retain. He used learning tools that simplified the most challenging problems and covered all of the chapters in the real estate text in an interesting and informative format. In addition, I was thoroughly prepared to take the state exam, when the time came.

I would enthusiastically recommend the Real Estate Sales Associate class, with Jeff Weinland as instructor, to anyone with the desire to gain knowledge about Real Estate and have fun doing it.

I would recommend this school for anyone who has any real estate class needs. Any questions I would have Karen was their to answer them. Jeff is a wonderful teacher. I am not a very good student, but the way Jeff taught made everything so easy to understand. Jeff would always volunteer his time to help a student out. I passed the class final with flying colors.

I just want to say that I really enjoyed learning about real estate and having you as an instructor made it interesting. I really like your style of teaching. I feel very motivated in pursuing a career in real estate so if all goes well with the final exam I hope to be your next success story!

I highly recommend this Real Estate course to anyone that is searching for a career. I really enjoyed this class and learned a lot from it. The instructor is also very understanding and sure to go through any questions that you may have. Also, the location of the school is very convenient.

Having been licensed in the past, I quickly realized that this program was head and shoulders above others. Jeff Weinland's interactive and enthusiastic approach made class exciting and enabled me to receive a class grade of 96 and a Real Estate license after my first state exam.
